The AAAI Retreat for Asian Youth (RAY) Leadership Conference 2025 was a tremendous success, fulfilling the vision of an inspiring day of connection, culture, and self-discovery. Students from across Indiana gathered to network with peers and professionals, explore identity and culture, and embrace inclusivity in today’s diverse world. The retreat delivered a powerful experience as dynamic community leaders shared wisdom, students exchanged meaningful stories, and everyone was encouraged to unleash their full potential. With strong participation, enthusiastic energy, and an uplifting atmosphere, the event truly empowered young leaders and left a lasting impact on all who attended.
